This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of MedXchange P2P. By using the platform, you agree to comply with this policy.
Permitted Uses
The platform may be used only by licensed pharmacies and authorized trading partners for the purpose of lawfully exchanging pharmaceutical inventory in compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations.
Prohibited Uses
- Listing or transacting in counterfeit, stolen, adulterated, or misbranded pharmaceutical products
- Transacting without required licenses, DEA registrations, or regulatory approvals
- Providing false verification documents or credentials
- Attempting to circumvent the platform's compliance or verification processes
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Engaging in price manipulation, collusion, or anticompetitive behavior
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Attempting to interfere with platform security or operations
Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in immediate account suspension or termination. MedXchange P2P reserves the right to report suspected violations to appropriate regulatory authorities.
